I completed the non-lethal playthrough on a pirated version on easy, but I don't care much for non-lethal. Finally the revolver with explosive rounds against heavy enemies and bosses, but as many people say either of the special weapon such as grenade launcher, laser rifle or plasma rifle is better against, say Namir, but due to the revolvers Explosive rounds and small size it's one of my favorite backup weapons.

It's good because with upgraded rate of fire and clip size + damage upgrade it's like the heavy machine gun but better and takes up less space. The combat rifle with fleetchet rounds is really good since it auto targets to another enemy once you've killed the first one, I use it if ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan and I'm in a CQC/Medium range.And also if you encounter one of the heavier enemies it'll pop em' in one head shot. It hits hard and you can zoom on enemies behind cover which would be harder to hit with a 10mm. Either of the snipers, but I prefer the heavy sniper if ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan and I'm compromised in an long to medium distance area.It's my main weapon and overall my favorite gun due to it's amazing accuracy and the AP upgrade it can really cause some serious havoc to an enemy's head. 10mm with AP, Laser, Silencer and all the misc upgrades for stealth CQC & Medium range takedowns.If I'm going all out balls, I use whatever has ammo at the moment :P

For full steath I think I use the crossbow/silenced sr the most. Not sure what they were thinking with this one. A down-grade from the assault rifle in almost every possible way, and available to the player at the same time the AR is. have to get too close and it makes too much noise/ commotion to be useful - much better less-than-lethal weapons in the game. it is redundant to the 10mm pistol (close/ medium range, lethal stealth weapon), but it is easier to use against multiple enemies and bosses. I balance things out with the assault rifle. Not sure how anyone had trouble with the bosses with this baby lying around everywhere. a rapid-firing grenade launcher that takes up next-to-zero space and has plentiful ammo. Upgraded, the game can easily be crushed with these two weapons alone. after that, again be very conservative with your ammo. Sneak/takedown/dart past the other enemies, farm the 10mm ammo but dont use it until the very first boss fight against barret. Nonlethal the very first guy, take his 10mm. Eh, not a big fan of it but the ammo is everywhere so it's not like you'll ever run out. Tranq headshots still kill, so sniper is just a nerfed tranq.ġ0mm for scuffles. Tranq could be the first weapon you ever use, but you dont get a sniper till halfway through the game.Īll in all too many limits.
Sniper is way to loud for a stealth weapon. I am a solid fan of the Tranquilizer Rifle.
